Shipping Shipping We ship FedEx ground. After your payment you will receive a FedEx tracking number, that does not mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The FedEx tracking number will become active at some time during the 6-10 day period. If your order was placed within the past 3-5 business days, please allow time to process your order, we are closed weekends. Orders placed after regular business hours Monday-Friday are not received and will not begin processing until the next business day. FedEx will email the tracking number to you directly. The FedEx email should have your tracking number in the subject line. That email is sent to the email address used when placing your order, please be sure to check the correct address. The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, order number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will mail you a pre paid label. Once you receive it, please email us so we will be able to track the package back to our warehouse.
